Ticket Payment Policy

All tickets must be paid in advance. Online ticket orders will by charged to your credit card within 24 hours prior to the performance date. Telephone orders require a credit card for full payment or to hold the reservation. Cash payment can be made in our offices no later than 24 hours prior to the performance date. Tickets can be paid for at the door ONLY when previously held by a Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

A raincheck will be issued for cancellations made by 12:00 noon for an evening performance and by 10:00 am for a matinee performance the day of the show. For refunds, a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the performance date.
